Wall of superheros

Last fall, I came across this Toronto home that was listed for $529K; let’s call it a tear down special. With the current real estate frenzy, it attracted multiple offers after a week’s time and ended up selling for over $600K.

The owner was a father of five grown children who was moving into a retirement home. How he managed to live in that home with its many holes in the roof remains a mystery to me.

I particularly liked one of the bedrooms with its wall of superheros. Maybe it was their superpowers that held the place together.

The 8″ x 11.5″ photo printed on canvas will be part of Gallery 44’s annual spring fundraiser/exhibit Photopia. Opening reception is April 25 at 6 p.m.
